The Astronomical Image Processing Workshop was held September 4-9, 2006, in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The workshop aimed to provide participants with the skills needed to understand the outputs of current and next-generation surveys, and to be in a position to contribute to the algorithm development needed to make new data-intensive projects, such as LSST and Pan-STARRS, a reality.
