The workshop will provide participants with the skills needed to understand the outputs of current and next-generation surveys, and to be in a position to contribute to the algorithm development needed to make new data-intensive projects, such as LSST and Pan-STARRS, a reality. The workshop will include lectures by leaders in the field and presentations by participants, if requested.
