Athena
Athena is the most powerful computer on the University of Washington campus. Owned by the Physics and Astronomy Department, it is used to study areas ranging from atomic interactions to the formation of galaxies. In the astronomy department, Tom Quinn, Fabio Governato, and others use this machine for their simulations. More information may be found here. Image are credited to Matthew Malcham.
