Contributions to the Proceedings  are due Wednesday, October 1, 2003 11:59 pm EDT.

A completed and signed Publication Agreement and Copyright Assignment must be received by
Margaret Meixner at STScI, preferably during the conference. This agreement is needed by authors of all materials that will appear in the proceedings, including talks, contributions, and posters.

You will be able to deposit pdf (and pdf only!) versions of posters, talks, figures, or other important conference materials at a future ftp site for general access. The advantages of doing so are
+ instant access to attendees (the proceedings take about a year to arrive),
+ rendering of figures in color (the proceedings are published in black and white), and
+ the expansion of a publication into aditional pages (to avoid the page limits for the proceedings).
Postings at this web site will not be archived, and they should never be referenced in any publication.
