3. CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
______ My coauthors and I are aware that there will be no published book with the proceedings of the conference. Instead, we shall email a pdf (preferably) or postscript file of my presentation to be posted on a 5-year conference web page. Instructions for the posting of our presentation will be given at the conference. Authors will accept full responsibility for the preparation of the submitted file.

4. ROOM AND MEALS
COST
Room: Information on accomodations is shown at www.crystalmtlodging-wa.com/Summer/accom.html. Suite types are: 1 bedroom @ $90/night, 1 bedroom with fireplace @ $100/night; 2 bedroom suites @ $140/night, and 2 bedroom suites with fireplace @ $150/night. All suites have a bath, living area and kitchen. All are fully furnished. Two bedroom units generally have a double or queen bed in one room and a bunk bed (two singles) in the other.
Meals: All meals are provided under a separate meal package costing $155 per adult, with both vegetarian and carnivorous entrees. The first meal is dinner on July 10, and the final meal is lunch on July 13. A conference banquet will be held on the evening of July 12. Although the meals are provided through a different vendor than the rooms, the lodge allows you to pay for both at once.

Be sure to note "eta Carinae Conference" in the comments box in order to get the discounted conference suite rates. Also note your preferred type of suite, any special dietary needs, access requirements, proximity to the swimming pool, etc. The credit card is sufficient for reserving both the room and the meals.
