The outlines of the topic for the first short paper were returned. The students then spent 30 minutes to take Quiz #1. Afterwards, the class watched the movie "So Many Galaxies, so Little Time", which describes the redshift survey of John Huchra and Margret Geller at the Center for Astrophysics.
