Each exercise will be due the Tuesday after the start date. Prep. questions count for 3 pts out of the 30 total pts for one exercise. You should read through the exercise beforehand and bring your answers to the prep questions to class the day we start it (I will collect them at the beginning and hand them back). Click HERE for the schedule, and HERE to download the exercises.

Quizzes and Participation - 10% of total grade
There are five quizzes total, and the lowest one will be dropped. I will announce the quizzes one week ahead of time. These are multiple choice, and will be good practice for the exams!

Exams - 50% of total grade
Midterm is short answer/essay, and the final is multiple choice - see main course page for details.

Late work policy: 50% off late work. Quizzes can only be made up if you tell me in advance.
