The computer needs to be turned on next, and this button is found underneath the planetarium control panel.
Please do not bother any other piece of equipment located here.
Switch #4 is on DVD Player above this part of the rack. 
Toggle switches 2, 3, and 4 are on the tall rack in the side room where the entrance to the supply closet is.
Please do not mess with any other switches, knobs, or dials here.
Back at the computer, click on the "planetarium" icon. Wait until Windows goes through its startup stuff. Ignore or cancel any warnings. Click on icon at very center of the screen to bring up the main AV control window.
Take caps off of projectors. Turn on projectors through program control on the computer.
[When closing up at the end of the presentation, turning off the projectors via this window's controls will be the first thing you do.]
The sliders for the volume control for the speakers is found to the left and down of the presenter's chair. Work with choosing the appropriate 2 slider controls as well as the master control for the correct sound level.
CD and tape player are below these controls.
Please do not touch any of the slider controls except for sound levels.
