APO/MRO Guider Acq. Request Form

By filling out this form completely, you can submit a batch job to Dione to generate APO or MRO Guider Acquisition Charts (GACs) for any place on the sky. But please read the instructions carefully before submitting a job.

To generate GACs:

Fill out the Batch Job Request Form below and submit it (contact me for the authorization code).
Cross your fingers and wait for news of the job completion via email.
Once you receive email confirmation of a successful job, you can pick up the results up at ftp://ftp.astro.washington.edu/pub/apoguide

Since these jobs run on Dione, my personal machine, please submit long jobs (i.e. more than 3 objects) at night. Thanks.

If you just want to generate a generic finding chart, try using the new Finding Chart Request Form

Column entries must fit under the dashed lines and please do not use TABs! Do not delete the header lines in the input box, and do not try to put in more than 20 targets. Entries with a target name of "Example Entry" will be ignored by the processor.
