Collaborate with Dr. Scott F. Anderson researching: (1) X-ray emitting AGN & quasars, (2) AM CVn double-degenerate binaries, (2) He II and deuterium absorption in QSO spectra, and (3) compact binaries in globular clusters. These studies employ the Sloan Digital Sky Survey, the APO 3.5m telescope, the Galaxy Evolution Explorer, as well as both the Chandra and XMM-Newton X-ray observatories, and the Hubble Space Telescope.
