Stan Love's Visit to the UW

Stan Love is a NASA astronaut and the mission specialist on the 24th shuttle mission to visit the International Space Station. The shuttle launched on February 7, 2008 whereupon Stan Love spent over 306 hours in space, including over 15 hours in two spacewalks. He graduated with M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Washington Astronomy Department in 1993 and is returning to Seattle this August to give a series of public talks.
