I am a third-year grad student at the University of Washington. I'm currently working with Julianne Dalcanton on the VLA-ANGST project, which will image nearby galaxies in HI with the VLA. I have also done some work with the N-body shop by creating HI data cubes of simulated galaxies.
When I'm not at work I go hiking if it's nice out and drink lots of tea. I also hang out with my cats and knit a lot of socks. Last but not least, I study kung fu.
