Piece of code that astrometrically remaps one image to align exactly with another. It requires accurate WCS information in both image headers. Requires the CFITSIO and WCSTools packages to compile. Detailed write-up here.

High Order Transform of PSF ANd Template Subtraction
Implementation of the Alard 1999 algorithm for image subtraction. Operates on astrometrically aligned images, for example those that are generated by the WCSRemap package. I expect a complete rewrite within 6 months or so. Detailed write-up here.

OPTICS
Implements the Ordering Points To Identify the Clustering Structure algoritm. This essentially takes in a long list of positions and finds spatial clusters. Very much still in beta.
